Reserved Matters at Aldingbourne

The Metis team is proud to report that a reserved matters application has been submitted for 14 new detached homes at land west of Hook Lane in the village of Aldingbourne, West Sussex.

The reserved matters are pursuant to an outline planning permission granted in 2018, with the layout and detailed designs of the new homes having been carefully considered with the input of the community and parish council.

This high quality bespoke development of detached family homes, which includes three bungalows are designed around a central green space and within an attractive landscaped setting. Once reserved matters approval has been granted, Metis hope to bring these new homes to the market in 2020.
