The event will be held on the 7th October and will feature a team of experts on hand, including independent financial advisors from TM Financial Solutions, conveyancing specialists from TMT Legal Services and Move+ an agency who can provide information about assisted move and part exchange schemes. Potential buyers will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive free and impartial practical advice about buying a new home.
Metis Homes is keen to illustrate the financial benefits of buying, rather than renting in the current market, as well as the advantages of either upsizing or downsizing. With experts all in one place it offers the opportunity for purchasers to present the challenges they might be facing which can be discussed and addressed.

The ‘Time To Move’ campaign also informs purchasers what incentives they could qualify for, what to expect when purchasing a Metis product, and how the incentives might overcome some of their worries when buying a new home. Metis Homes’ Forest Edge development, where the event will take place, offers several of the initiatives outlined in the ‘Time To Move’ campaign.
