Hampshire-based SME housebuilder Metis Homes has been shortlisted in the category Housebuilder of the Year, at this year's South Coast Property Awards. Run by The Business Magazine, the Awards recognised excellence in both residential and commercial property industries, as well as architecture, surveying and dealmaking.
There are 16 categories altogether, ranging from Commercial Landlord of the Year, Fast Rising Property Business of the Year and Property Deal of the Year. The event is sponsored by Amiri, CoStar, Lloyds Bank, Lester Aldridge, and Dutton Gregory Solicitors, and will be held on Thursday 8th June at the Hilton Ageas Bowl, Southampton.

The company started the project by undertaking £75,000 of ecology and grassland translocation works.

The RO Group is a privately-owned family business specialising in property, which has been in operation for 90 years. In 2021, Metis Homes acquired an established building contractor to become a complete house building business, creating a platform to deliver 100 homes per annum.
