We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction by In-house Research, for the seventh time. Metis Homes has also been ranked first out of 94 housebuilders across the country, in the all-important “would you recommend them to a friend” category.
To add to our 2023 In-house awards success, we have recently also won a HCS Safety Forum Award for outstanding work and received 100% on its annual safety audit.
The In-house awards celebrate the best results for customer satisfaction across the national housebuilding industry. The specialist market research company collates homeowner feedback via an independent telephone survey, which is conducted once purchasers have taken occupation of their new home. The in-depth survey is designed to reveal ‘warts and all’ satisfaction levels regarding the quality of each newly built property and the whole buying experience.

A key example of this is our active £5m Harbour Reach scheme in Emsworth, where we undertook £75,000 of ecology and grassland translocation works, in preparation for construction taking place.
