We have recently submitted a planning application for 112 new homes in West Sussex. Our proposals will regenerate unattractive and previously developed land to create a softer, greener edge to the area, while also delivering much-needed new homes and a Children’s nursery.

This largely brownfield site is currently occupied by a breakers yard and has the potential to be truly regenerated should we be successful with our planning application”
This latest planning application follows a series of applications we have already submitted for larger scale developments as we continue with our plans for growth.
