Land rear of Park Crescent

Following a comprehensive consultation exercise involving the community, local stakeholders and officers at the National Park Authority, the Metis Homes team is pleased to report that a planning application has been submitted at land rear of Park Crescent in central Midhurst.

This high quality bespoke development of nine new homes has been designed to complement our adjoining Wyndham Mews development of 20 homes fronting onto Lamberts Lane and the playing fields, the construction of which began earlier this year. The design of the proposed development is consistent with that which was approved next door, with access to the nine new homes taken through Wyndham Mews via Lamberts Lane.

It is envisaged that Wyndham Mews will be brought to the market this summer, with the nine additional homes following on shortly after once planning permission has been granted.
