To achieve this award, Metis Homes demonstrated consistently high levels of satisfaction, with customers praising the support, communication, and care provided from first viewing to handing over the keys.
The Gold Award is presented to companies that achieve a customer recommendation score of 90% or above over a 12-month period. Metis Homes not only met this standard but went further, earning the top score of 100%, based on responses from their customers who completed in 2024.
