In 2019 we commenced the build of 20 homes at Wyndham Mews, the first of two phases. We successfully sold 14 private homes and delivered 6 affordable homes for Landspeed, making them available for homeowners looking to purchase a new home of their own using the shared equity scheme.
Soon after in 2020 we started phase two, The Crescent, delivering an additional 7 private homes and 2 affordable homes, this time for the Midhurst Community Land Trust providing affordable homes for local tenants to rent. This second phase was our third development in Midhurst in under two years having also successfully built 19 homes on the King Edward VII Estate. We are excited to be in partnership with Cowdray Estate with whom we hope to deliver more of our award winning homes next door to Midhurst, in Easebourne, subject to securing planning permission.
