Planning permission secured at Braxells Farm, Boorley Green

Metis Homes has just secured another planning permission for a scheme of 14 new homes on Land at Braxells Farm, on Winchester Road, in Boorley Green.

This brownfield and dilapidated parcel of land is set to be completely transformed and given a new lease of life; a great example of brownfield regeneration.

The development will be situated close to a new and exciting major residential suburb in South Hampshire comprising some 2,000 new homes.

This small self-contained and distinct development will provide fantastic new homes all in the style of traditional farm cottages and timber barns all set around a central courtyard.
