Burlington Place, Winchester, Hampshire

We are delighted to announce our latest site acquisition in Winchester for 6 new houses on Chilbolton Avenue.

Having agreed terms to acquire the property through Savills South Coast development team we secured planning permission from Winchester City Council in just under 3 months.

This is a site where our planning team and architect worked very closely with local residents and planning officers. We listened to their concerns and amended the scheme accordingly, re-positioning buildings and retaining key trees and planting to minimise the impact of the scheme. The result being a successfully secured planning permission, under a delegated permission, to demolish the original house and replace it with a stylish mews development of 6 units.

The site will now be known as Burlington Place.
