It’s a hat-trick!

We have been super busy and are delighted to share with you news of our latest acquisitions and planning permissions:

Sundays Hill, Hedge End

Located on the edge of Hedge End just off J8 of the M27 motorway and following the approval of planning permission earlier this year, we will be delivering 12 new three and four-bedroom homes along with a new access road. Construction is due to get underway shortly.

Forest Walk, near Farnham

Located in the South Downs National Park near Farnham, this scheme which already has detailed planning permission, will consist of 11 new homes, eight of which will be for private sale and three affordable housing.

Millers Brook, Sheet, phase two (The Maltings at Millers Brook) – we recently secured detailed planning permission for three homes on a parcel of land adjacent to our current site, Millers Brook. Once the land purchase has completed, we anticipate construction will begin later this summer while our main contractor, F E Chase, continues with phase one.
