We’re delighted to be starting work on our second site in Guildford at Chestnut Avenue, a long-established road in a desirable residential area, less than a mile from the town centre.

Redundant office buildings on the site are being demolished in preparation for building 8 townhouses and 6 luxurious two-bedroom apartments.
