All our new homes benefit from a 10 year new home warranty giving you peace of mind. We currently select cover from the leading warranty bodies Premier Guarantee and the National House Building Council, more commonly known as ‘NHBC’.
These warranty providers offer comprehensive cover against major structural defects to protect home buyers. For the first two years of the 10 year warranty period Metis Homes will be responsible for any defects and the warranty provider will thereafter offer a further eight years’ structural insurance.
