Our recruitment process is deliberate and carefully conceived, designed to ensure that our employees fit our corporate DNA. First and foremost each team member must share our core values of integrity, trust and a sincere respect for one another and for our customers.
Each team member who has joined has been subject to a methodical selection process. We prefer not to advertise widely but to recruit by word of mouth or direct introduction to find the right person for the position. Our training regime is varied and tailored to the individual skillsets required within the business. Most of our senior team has attended a highly regarded advanced negotiation course.
Our rigorous approach to health and safety is complemented and enhanced by ongoing training modules with NatWest Mentor, for the whole team, and relevant SMSTS training for all team members who deal with the commercial and construction elements of the business.
