Our training regime is varied and tailored to the individual skillsets required within the business. Most of our senior team has attended a highly regarded advanced negotiation course.
Our rigorous approach to health and safety is complemented and enhanced by ongoing training modules with NatWest Mentor, for the whole team, and relevant SMSTS
training for all team members who deal with the commercial and construction elements
of the business.
