We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction by In-house Research, for the seventh time. We have also been ranked first out of 94 housebuilders across the country, in the all-important “would you recommend them to a friend” category.
The In-house awards celebrate the best results for customer satisfaction across the national housebuilding industry. The specialist market research company collates homeowner feedback via an independent telephone survey, which is conducted once purchasers have taken occupation of their new home. The in-depth survey is designed to reveal ‘warts and all’ satisfaction levels regarding the quality of each newly built property and the whole buying experience.

In a challenging time for businesses from all industries across the country, it has just been announced that Metis Homes has achieved ‘Gold’ in the latest, wholly independent, customer satisfaction awards. The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based purely on our customer feedback.
In the survey year covering customers from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020, 100% of customers said they would recommend Metis Homes to their friends.

For the third year running, we are delighted to have been awarded the Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction from research company 'In-house'.
The award is as a result of independent customer satisfaction surveys conducted by In-house last year. Providing excellent customer care has always been one our primary core interests within our business and we endeavour to continually improve and elevate our standing within our customer relationships to ensure that buying a home from Metis Homes is as swift, simplistic yet enjoyable as possible in addition to providing quality new homes.

We are delighted to have been crowned Best Small Housebuilder at the WhatHouse? Awards 2017 – the biggest and most prestigious event for the nation’s new homes builders.
We were bestowed the title at today's prize-giving ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. The judges praised the quality, design and range of homes built, plus our market performance. Other judging criteria included: the influence of senior management, staff values, recruitment and training, sustainability initiatives, marketing, home buying assistance schemes, after sales service and customer care.
Having won the Silver Award at last year’s event, we are thrilled to scoop the top Gold prize this year.

A double whammy for our Guildford designs!

Our two developments in Guildford, The Bellerby Apartments and Catherine's Walk, recognised in the 2017 Guildford Design Awards.
The awards seek to celebrate and promote the most exciting and innovative architectural designs across the town.
Both Catherine's Walk and The Bellerby apartments were commended for the striking architecture of the buildings, which seamlessly collaborate with their immediate surroundings. The judges also applauded Catherine's Walk for its innovative conceptual design intent, whilst The Bellerby Apartments received a special mention for its unique external appearance.
We are thrilled to be adding these latest two accolades to the Metis Homes wall of fame!
